Citadel Heights

Situated strategically high above the Fraser River is the magnificent and master planned neighbourhood of Citadel Heights, one clearly like no other in the area. Originally used as a quarry in the 19th century, the lands were previously host to a church for many years. In the 1980s the land was sold and developed to a standard unprecedented for its time, one that even newer neighbourhoods to this day strive to attain. Citadel Heights has generous green-space, with many parks, benches, walking trails, flower gardens, well laid out roads and an overall character “citadel” theme, with roads named after the various parts of an actual citadel.
