As a buyer, you will be faced with a multitude of decisions, and knowing where to start can itself be daunting! I have years of research experience when I conducted research as part of my undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, using available data from Statistics Canada. 3) Decide on the key elements/characteristics of your prospective home that you are looking for, and those that you can’t live without.

Once you’re ready we can start the fun process, which includes me finding you a selection of properties that match your criteria for you to view. This can be a long journey, you might find the right home in a matter of days or it could take several weeks. Patience is key, and as your buyer’s agent I will be there for you to show you as many properties as you need to look at to make the right decision.

Once you do find a property you love don’t always assume it will be on the market forever!
